Isinya subcounty director of criminal investigations Benjamin Ndebai told journalists that the assaulted Kenya power engineer has already filed a report at their station.

On Tuesday evening, the company through the Human Resources and Administration general manager Cecilia Kalungu said they are working with security agencies.

She also assured the employees that the Company will provide them with the necessary support and security when needed to thank employees for the great work that they are doing they are.

Mbai claimed that the officer in question had removed electric poles leading to his house at Kitengela, Kajiado.

The officer, who had been accompanied to the MP's house by KPLC security and two regular police officers, did not retaliate.
