Ousted Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has accused President William Ruto of orchestrating a coup in Jubilees.
The former Ndaragwa MP who said he will move to the High Court to appeal the Tribunal decision that upheld his removal from office, added that the ruling was faulty.
"We will certainly move to the High Court to challenge this illegal decision,'' he said.
He claimed that some parties had the ruling prior before the court sat to make a decision.
He also claimed that such actions were meant to aid the illegal takeover of the Jubilee party.
"It is said we have a copy of a ruling that is already signed and which was made available yesterday and yet it is being delivered today,'' he said at Kalonzo Musyoka Command Centre on Tuesday.
Kioni alleged that President Ruto is determined to make sure that he has vanquished any other party that could threaten him in the Mt Kenya region.
"This madness by Ruto must stop," he said.
The Tribunal on Monday upheld Kioni's ouster as Jubilee Secretary-General and endorsed Kanini Kega as his successor.
