The Azimio website launched to collect signatures against President William Ruto's administration has suffered numerous attacks.

On Monday, the platform, https://tumechoka.com/ was not displaying the tools that were unveiled to enable Kenyans to input their details.

The website was displaying marketing products with no evidence of signature collection access points.

ODM Secretary General Edwin Sifuna confirmed that there have been attacks on the Azimio signature collection website.

Speaking on Monday during Azimio's press conference in Nairobi, Sifuna said that they have faced more than 1,000 attacks on the website.

"They are crying and saying the signature drive is going nowhere, but they are actively sabotaging the collection of signatures," he said.

"We have had over 1,000 attacks on our website that are being used for collection of signatures."

The SG added that the attackers have cloned the website to confuse Azimio supporters.
