Red meat is healthy but when consumed in excess, it has its dangers.

However, that should not make you scared.

Instead of having it daily, one can decide to change their diet to mushrooms and Sossi made of Soya beans.

Here is how to prepare sweet mushroom spinach and brown rice.

This recipe contains a mixture of mushrooms, spinach and rice backed.

Ingredients

  • Three sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • Four whisked eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable broth
  • Two cups of rice  
  • Olive oil 
  • Two chopped bulbs of onions 
  • One kilo of mushrooms
  • A bunch of tarragon
  • One garlic
  • Salt
  • One tablespoon of pepper powder
  • One tablespoon of mustard powder
  • A cup of vegetable broth
  • One leaf  of spinach

Preparations 

Step 1

Preheat oven then boil the rice and set aside.

Step

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat then add onions and cook until translucent.

Step 3

Stir in garlic and celery and season with salt and pepper then cook until vegetables are soft.

Step 4

Add in mushrooms and tarragon. Cook until mushrooms release their juices and the liquid evaporates.

Step 5

Add in spinach and cook until wilted.

Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 6

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, mustard, and broth.

Step 7

Add in vegetable mixture and rice and stir to combine. Generously grease a loaf pan with olive oil.

Step 6

Pour in vegetable mixture and smooth to flat with a spatula. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until edges are nicely browned.

Step 7

Let cool slightly, then run a knife along the edges and flip onto a platter.
