On Monday, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gladys Shollei wedded her longtime lover Neil Horn in a colourful wedding ceremony. 

The wedding was attended by Health CS Susan Nakhumicha, and city lawyer Donald Kipkorir among other government officials. 

Family and friends also graced the ceremony.

The marriage comes a few years after Gladys divorced Sam Shollei.

Who is Horn? 

According to his LinkedIn Profile, Horn is Horn is a Specialist Psychiatrist.

He currently serves as a part-time Specialist Psychiatrist at the Chiromo Hospital Group.

He has been with the group for one year and a month.  

He majorly does consultation for mental health diagnosis, review of medication, and other therapies and second opinions on additional treatments.

"My experience is that the vast majority of people with mental health problems make a good or excellent recovery with the correct psychological and medical treatment," reads in part a statement about him on his website.

Previously, Horn worked as a Specialist Psychiatrist in Cape Town,  South Africa for more than a decade. 

He had also trained and worked United Kingdom for a decade, before moving to South Africa. 

Horn has also held several appointments at the Department of Health at the University of Cape Town and while practising in private.

Horn specializes in assessing and treating Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and complex, treatment-resistant or medico-legal problems.
