'Kupumzika ni Mbinguni', one of the Drip Fest fans said as he showed off his Amapiano moves, one minute, he was on the ground, the next, he was seen doing 'hand magic.'

Music, fashion, style, drinks, various cocktails, and well-prepared meals were the order of Drip Fest held at Carnivore Grounds on Sunday, by Radio Africa Group, in conjunction with Radio Africa Events.

One thing about Nairobi residents is that they show up. And that is exactly what they did at the third edition of the event.

Headlined by South African superstar Dlala Thukzin, the show brought a  cocktail of fashion and style.

Dressed in a white sleeveless top and denim shorts, starting off the Amapiano mixes was Ms Bune, who with a calming charm, made her fans shake heads and legs as her magical hands were on the deck.

As the music was holding up, with dances and catching up, vendors were busy quenching the attendees' thirst with various drinks, food.

Shouts and praises were heard from the group, psyching up Ms Bune, and before they could take a breather, Sultan quickly jumped to the stage.

'Masibe happy munt'wami, Masibe happy, sibekunye!' got fans shouting and singing along as Sultan brought in a sound effect, that if one didn't dance to, they were the problem.

'Sultan is the man he says he is,' another fan said as they asked their friends to join in the dance floor for Amapiano dance moves.

Taking a bathroom break was a problem, as one moved towards the toilet, Sultan brought in another favourite song so short call postponement was the order of the day at the Drip Fest.

MGM and Tina Ardor would handle the hit, the dynamic duo most definitely ate everything without leaving crumbs.

With his mustard short two-piece attire, MGM came to steal hearts. The ladies in the crowd couldn't get enough of his skill and dances as he did his magic.

Tina, with her very authoritative voice, decided to make the crown beg for more. As MGM was on the deck, she brought in the 'Amapiano - Kikuyu' vibe.

Wagithomo nayo!

The seamless exchange of who was in control of the deck was the highlight of their performance. At some point, MGM couldn't handle the heat, so he brought his own fan to the stage - magnificent!

At around 9:15 pm, the man of the hour came in. I'm talking about Dlala Thukzin.. the energy, unmatched, vibe check, and magic hands were ready for every soul at the event.

Dlala Thukzin! Dlala Thukzin! the fans shouted. Just as he was starting off, with the effects, a lady, within the crowd said: 'He better marry me' leaving her friends laughing and jumping to the songs.

Another one said; take me to Jozi!

Dlala, with his magic hands, and black cap, raised his hand in solidarity with the fans while playing mixes after mixes.

With sweat and dances the fans danced and Dlala was seen smiling while singing along to the songs.

Closing down the show was Big Nyagz, again, the fans were on their feet while holding their drinks.

"We need another show like this, I have really enjoyed myself. The choice of DJs was a wise decision," Mercy Njoki, a fan of Drip Fest said.

Dan Makokha, who had also attended previous editions said the DJs brought kept him on his feet throughout the event with their mixes. He noted that at no point did he sit down.

"I am a happy father, this show really brought more joy into my heart, I can't wait for the next edition," Dan said.
