The Spouse of the Deputy President Pastor Dorcas Rigathi held a prayer service in Bomet on the last day of her three-day tour of the county.
The event on Saturday was held at Mount Sinai Prayer Centre in Longisa area of Bomet East Sub-County.
In attendance was Bomet county first lady Saline Barchok, her Narok county counterpart Agnes Ntutu and area MCA Stephen Changmorik.
The event was the last function of the second lady as she wound up her three-day tour of the county.
On Friday, Pastor Dorcas attended the launch of a Treatment and Rehabilitation Centre at the Koiwa Hospital.
She expressed regret that a 22 per cent drug and substance abuse in Bomet County was worrying.
"I understand there is a 22 per cent prevalence of drugs in this county. That is very bad, and if we don’t do something Governor (Barchok) this county will have a big problem," she said
