Username awards its employee of the year a new Mercedes

Username Investment has awarded its employee of the year a brand-new Mercedes.

While being named the winner of the award, Esther Maina, the company's Assistant sales manager was described as knowledgeable, persistent, proactive and results-driven since she joined Username in 2016.

"Her performance is a testimony of more than 7 years of growth, resilience, focus, hard work and improving without giving up," Username CEO Reuben Kimani said. 

While receiving the award, Esther said the award was not an individual effort but for her colleagues, adding it was a recognition of her hard work, dedication, consistency, and value to the company.

She described it as a moment of pure happiness and a promise of a brighter future.

 “This is not only an individual win but a collective win for all of us. Thank you to everyone who has made this possible. Let us keep doing our best in our different roles," Esther said. 

The company also awarded 12 others with, a fully paid holiday for 2 to Paris, Dubai, South Africa, Zanzibar, Naivasha, Fridges, Smart TVs, Smartphones, and Shopping Vouchers.

This is the third time the company has been rewarding Employee of the Year with a brand-new car as a recognition of excellence.
