Kenya Power has announced that they are experiencing technical hitches on payment for tokens.

In a public notice on Saturday, the utility firm said there is a delay in token generation as well as postpaid bill payments. 

"We are experiencing a technical hitch which is affecting both our prepaid (token generation) and post paid bill payment systems," the  firm said. 

KPLC said they are working to resume normalcy within the shortest time possible.

"We apologise for the inconvenience caused. For more information, please visit: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VaNDF180AGW417CBEF31,"  the firm said.
