Chief Justice Martha Koome will preside over the swearing-in of the members of the newly formed Tribunal inquiring into the conduct of a suspended judge.
The ceremony will be held at the Supreme Court building.
President William Ruto appointed Appellate Judge Patrick Kiage as chairman of the Tribunal through a Gazzete notice dated March 8.
Other gazetted members are Justice Margaret Njoki Mwangi, Justice Anthony Charo Mrima, Jinaro Kipkemoi, Wanjiru Mwariri, Rukia Abdinasir Mohamed and Charles Mulila.
Ruto suspended the judge following a recommendation from the Judicial Service Commission.
Kindiki, alcohol manufacturers meet

Social Health Insurance Fund case proceeds
A Nairobi High Court is expected to give directions in a case challenging the Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF).
Justice Alfred Mabeya who will be presiding over the case filed by activist Enock Aura set the date following the empanelment of a three-judge bench to determine the case.
Chief Justice Martha Koome tasked Mabeya, Robert Limo and Fridah Mugambi to deal with the case filed last year.
The empanelment comes after the National Assembly managed to convince the court that the case as filed by Activist Aura raises weighty and complex constitutional issues.
One of the questions the bench will be called upon to determine is whether the integrated digital health information system violates the right to privacy by storing the data of minors without their consent.
Naivasha farm case
The court will today rule on a bail application of 19 people suspected of trespassing a farm in Naivasha.
The suspects were arrested on March 1, at Gathondia Village within Naivasha for allegedly damaging a fence belonging to Eburru Hills Farm Limited.
They are believed to have on February 29, at around 1 pm, maliciously damaged the farm's barbed concrete pole fence valued at Sh2,285,000.
