Kenyans have continued to mourn the death of renowned reggae MC Jahmby Koikai
Koikai died at the Nairobi hospital on Monday at around 9 pm, hours after she had appealed for blood donation.

Silas Jakakimba remembered a conversation he had with Koikai some weeks ago when they met while in the company of nominated Senator Gloria Orwoba.
He said they had met with Koikai at Social House and were to catch up later but that will never happen after her demise.
"I met Njambi Koikai at Social House, she had this delicate story about her life, and how God had held her in His palms longer than she expected," he said.
He added: "I later told her that the long and short of her life story, mirrored what I usually call God's Unmerited Favour - GRACE. We agreed to link up another time. Seems this was never to be," he said.
Ali Nur Mohammed mourned Koikai saying one day, endometriosis will also die.
He extended his condolences to Koikai's family, friends, and the entire Reggae fraternity.

"Rest Njambi .Wishing peace to the family, " he said.
Journalist Juma B moruned Koikai, saying she had had a good fight.
"A real story that we have seen unfold, but she always kept strong. Loved reggae music like nothing else. Finally, she bows out. May she rest in peace," she said.
Renowned businessman Jimmy Wanjigi also mourned as a person who was determined to beat her ailment and raise public awareness on the same.
"Your amazing voice still resonates in my ears, your determination to beat your ailment and educate people at the same time qualified you as a Shujaa! My prayers to your Mother who held your hand so firmly! Lord rest her soul in eternal peace," he said.
