In a significant stride towards achieving Sustainable Development Goal 3, which aims to ensure health and well-being for all, Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr inspected the newly renovated Kasikeu Model Health Centre and a construction of a waiting bay within the facility in Kilome on Thursday.

The Kasikeu Model Health Center, now enhanced to better serve its community, caters to an average catchment population of 8,000 residents and handles a monthly patient workload of approximately 1,400. The renovation is expected to significantly improve healthcare delivery in the area.

Accompanied by Deputy Governor Lucy Mulili and other government officials, Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr is in Kilome Subcounty to oversee and inaugurate a series of development programmes aimed at bolstering local infrastructure and services.
