Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has said his boss  President William Ruto did a good thing in dissolving his Cabinet.

Gachagua spoke during the burial of the Jubilee Christian church founder Bishop Allan Kiuna in Thindigua, Kiambu county on Wednesday.

The DP said that President Ruto needs prayer as he seeks new leaders for his cabinet.

"President Ruto needs prayers and we know through your help, we will make the government better," he said

He further said that the government will not allow room for alcohol and drug abuse to thrive in the country.

"I would like to request the church to play a central role in rehabilitating the youths and the government will not allow poison to be sold to our people in the name of alcohol," Gachagua said.
