Areas in Nakuru, Kakamega to go without electricity on Sunday

KPLC says the power interruption is part of network maintenance

Power supply in various parts of Nakuru and Kakamega counties will be interrupted on Sunday.

Kenya Power said the interruption is part of network maintenance.

The Power company said the electricity supply will be interrupted from 8 am to 4 pm in some areas in Nakuru and 9 am to 5 pm in parts of Kakamega county.

In Nakuru, the power supply will be interrupted in part of the Industrial Area, Shabab, Kaptembwa, Koinange, Kenlands, Nakuru West, Kibe House, Mkarafuu, Check Point, Ngei, Kolen Estate and adjacent customers.

In Kakamega, supply will be interrupted in Mumias Town, Shibale, Mumias Market, Lukoye Market, Mumias Level Four Hospital, St Peters Secondary, St Mary’s Hospital, Switswiswi, Bulanda, Mumias KIDS Centre, CAMCON and adjacent customers.
