Kindiki will face the panel at 8 am followed by Debra Barasa (Health) at 10 am, Alice Wahome (Lands) 12 pm, Julius Ogamba (Education) at 3 pm and Soipan Tuya (Defence) at 5 pm.

Fraud case

An Accountant at a State Department and businessman, who failed to appear in court last week will be charged with Sh300 million alleged fraud.

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) presented 68 corruption-related charges.

They ranged from abuse of office, money laundering and acquisition of public property.

The accused appeared before Milimani Principal Magistrate Celesa Okore and denied the charges.

Police seek to establish ownership of gun recovered from robber

Detectives in Nairobi are probing an incident in which a suspect was lynched at Westlands after snatching a mobile phone from a pedestrian.

A mobile phone and passport that had been stolen from a pedestrian were recovered from the slain man.

The officers will be trying to establish the ownership of the rifle recovered from him.
