President William Ruto on Friday graced the second graduation ceremony at the Defence University of Kenya.
Ruto was received by Defence CS Soipan Tuya and the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Charles Kahariri.
Education CS Julius Ogamba was also present.
In his address, the President encouraged the graduands to uphold the traditions of excellence, integrity
and service that define the National Defence University of Kenya.
He also called on them to serve the people with courage, honour and
unwavering patriotism.
"Play your part in elevating Africa and
championing our collective aspirations for a secure and thriving
continent," the President said.
