The Mjadala Afrika Leadership Debate is currently underway at the African Union Headquarters in Addis Ababa.
The two-hour debate, which will end at 9pm East African Time, is being televised across the continent.

Candidates are outlining how they would transform Africa should they win the February 2025 elections and succeed incumbent Moussa Faki of Chad.
The debate, also known as Africa Leadership Debate, is being conducted in French and English, with simultaneous interpretation provided to the candidates and the audience in all the six working languages of the African Union - English, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, and Swahili.
