Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 50 ml milk
- Salt
- Bread
- Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Over low heat, butter the pan and let it get hot.
Step 2
Using a bowl, beat together the eggs and milk then dip the bread in the mixture.
Step 3
Fry the soaked bread on each side until it browns, for about 4 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Fry the bacon and place it on top of the toast.
Step 5
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and enjoy with your beverage of choice.
