People with diabetes should eat it in moderation since it can cause blood sugar levels to rise.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Sweet Corn, cooked
  • 2 Cups of Basmati Rice, pre-boiled.
  • ¼ Tbsp. black pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Using a sufuria, heat the vegetable oil and then add the cooked corn. Season with black pepper and salt.

Step 2

Add in the cooked rice. Ensure to remove any clumps before adding the rice. Mix well on medium-high heat until everything is well combined.

Serve warm with beef, chicken, or vegetables.

Corn can also be added to pilau.
