  • ½ kg pork
  • Salt and pepper
  • Onions and tomatoes (optional)
  • Crushed garlic

Preparation

Step 1

In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat.

In a bowl, combine the salt pepper and diced pork, then fry in the oil.

Step 3

Add in garlic and onions after frying for 3 minutes, fry until golden brown.

Step 4

Reduce the heat then add in blended tomatoes for that extra sauce. Cover and cook for 4 minutes

Step 5

Combine well then remove from heat and serve hot
