Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 cups (709 mL) of water
- 1/2 cup (118 mL) of lemon juice(squeezed)
- 2 tablespoons (42 grams) of honey
Preparation
Step 1
Chop garlic and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil, then add chopped garlic, reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for 5–10 minutes. You can leave the chopped garlic in the tea or strain it out.
Step 3
Mix in lemon juice and add honey to taste.
You could also add some freshly grated or powdered ginger, depending on your taste preferences.
