Ingredients
- 1-1 ½ cups of spinach
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup almond milk, more as needed
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
If you don’t have a high-powered blender, start with the liquid and spinach first, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth to avoid spinach flecks.
