Ingredients
- 2 Apples
- ¼ cup Carrots, loosely chopped
- ½ cup Kale, rinsed, drained
- 1 tablespoon Ginger root
- 2 beetroot
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup Ice Cubes (optional)
- Water
Preparation
Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend everything together.
Step 2
Pulse or blend on high speed until smooth (15-30 seconds), adding more water as needed to adjust consistency. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for later.
