Let us find out a magic way to prepare ugali balls for breakfast.

Ugali balls can be served with coffee, tea or any other beverage. It can be also used as a snack, dessert or even appetizer.

To make ugali balls you will need these ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Leftover ugali 250 grams.
  • Two eggs.
  • One cup of bread crumbs.
  • oil.
  • Salt

Preparation.

Step 1

Steam the ugali over boiling water until warm. Clean your hands and mould them into small balls.

Step 2

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt to taste. In an extra bowl, put the bread crumbs.

Step 3

Dip the ugali balls into the beaten eggs and roll them over the bread crumbs.

Step 4

Heat the oil for about five minutes in a skillet or deep pot. Carefully dip the ugali ball into the oil.

Step 5

With caution, turn the ball a few times until they are golden brown. 

Step 6

Once completely fried, take them out and place them on a paper towel to drain the oil and allow them to cool.

Serve with a hot beverage and enjoy your leftover ugali.
