Ingredients

  • Leftover ugali 
  • Margarine 

Preparation

Step 1

Wash your hands and peel off the ugali layer. Cut the ugali into thin slices when still cold.

Step 2 

Spread both sides of the ugali pieces with butter or margarine.

Step 3 

Heat a pan for some minutes then place the buttered ugali and fry both sides until golden brown.

Step 4 

Leave for some time to cool then serve.

Serve with a hot beverage and enjoy your ugali toast.
