Make your doughnuts using these ingredients 

Ingredients 

  • 200 grams of wheat flour 
  • Two teaspoons of dry yeast 
  • A quarter teaspoon of salt 
  • One tablespoon of sugar 
  • A cup of milk 
  • Margarine 
  • cooking oil 
  • Two eggs

Preparation 

Step 1

In a large bowl mix a cup of warm milk, and sugar, then add the yeast and leave in a warm place to rise.

When the mixture begins to froth, rub in the fat in the flour. And knead the dough.

Step 3

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rise. Then knead the dough one more.

Step 4 

Roll the dough one centimeter thick and cut it into round shapes and another round shape into the center then remove the center part.

Step 5 

Place on a floured surface.

Step 6 

Heat the oil then deep fry the doughnuts turning from time to time.

Step 7

Remove when well browned and drain on absorbent paper.
