Try preparing fish flan for your snack. It is a yummy cake made of fish and can be served with milk, soda, or any fruit juice of your choice.

To prepare your fish flan you are required to have this ingredient.

  • 200grams of wheat flour 
  • Margarine 
  • water
  • Salt 
  • Fish left over 
  • Two eggs
  • Milk

Preparations

Step 1

Make your pastry using water, milk, and flour. 

Step 2 

Remove the bones and the skin from the fish then mash into small pieces.

Step 3

Mix the eggs, milk, and mashed fish then divide the pastry into two.

Step 4

Place the rolled pastry into a flan tin then pour the fish fillings onto the pastry in the flan dish.

Step 5

Roll the other half of the pastry and place over the filling.

Step 6 

Bake your fish pastry in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.

When your fish flan is ready serve it with a drink of your choice and enjoy your snack.
