Egg mash is a breakfast snack made of mashed potatoes and eggs. Can be enjoyed with a hot beverage or fruit drink.
To make your egg mash you need the following.
- Four eggs
- Salt
- Onions
- One yellow paprika
- Coriander leaves
- Green pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and chop your onions, coriander leaves, yellow paprika, and green pepper.
Step 2
Beat your eggs and add a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add the chopped vegetables to the beaten egg and mix it well then add mashed potatoes.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a clean pan the fry your mashed potatoes deep in the eggs. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
When ready serve it with a hot cup of any beverage and enjoy your breakfast.
