Preparation
Step 1
Peel and wash your cassava.
Step 2
Cut your cassava into half and remove its middle stem.

Cut the halves pieces into half-inch strips.

Boil the cassava, while they are boiling add a half teaspoon of salt, turmeric, and black pepper into the boiling cassava.
Step 5
Drain excess water from the boiled cassava.

Pour enough deep frying oil into a saucepan and heat it then deep fry your cassava until golden brown.
