You can make your breakfast more enjoyable with delicious roasted groundnuts.

Roasted groundnuts make a perfect breakfast when enriched with boiled arrowroot and a fruit of your choice.

It can be enjoyed well with millet porridge.

To prepare roasted groundnuts, you are required to have the following:

Ingredients            

  • Groundnuts
  • Lemon juice from one lemon
  • Salt

Preparation

In a bowl, pour half a cup of groundnuts, then pour the lemon juice into the groundnut.

Drain the lemon juice and place the groundnut in a flat tray.

Spread it and give it some time to dry.

Step 2 

When it has already dried, heat a pan.

Then sprinkle some salt on the groundnuts and pour it into the heated pan.

Roast it for about 20 to 30 minutes on low heat.

Step 3 

When ready, serve it with boiled arrowroot, boiled sweet potatoes, and enriched porridge.
