Chicken curry is a dish cooked by mixing meat and spices, especially hot spices.
It is a dish that originates from South Asia especially India, from the name 'Kari'.' Kari' means meat or vegetable dish made from spices.
Curry powder and a base of multiple spices which cook a thick soup give the name chicken curry.
The spices not only provide the thick soup but also a sweet taste as it coats the chicken entirely.

Garlic
Curry Powder
Onions
1/2 Chicken
Mayonnaise
Turmeric

Step 1
Boil 1/2 chicken use preferably chopped pieces of chicken instead of adding whole parts. Boil for 30 minutes to tenderize the chicken.
Mix spices: turmeric, curry powder, and mayonnaise 1 tablespoon each together in a bowl.
An addition of chilli peppers and black pepper for a hotter soup is recommended.
Step 2
Set up a skillet on medium heat, add cooking oil and saute onion, and put garlic in.
Step 3
Blend tomatoes, add tomatoes and the chicken broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes till a thick sauce is made.
Step 4
Marinate the chicken with the mixture of spices and add to the thick sauce, stir in the sauce till the chicken is well coated. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy with rice.
