Ingredients
- Rice 250gms
- Cubed goat meat
- 3 medium-sized onions
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pilau masala
- Ginger
- Garam masala
- Cumin powder
- Cardamom pods
- Tomato puree
- Salt

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Then, soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes.

In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.

Add the cloves of garlic and ginger, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
