Mara Sugar coach Steve Biko says the emphatic 5-2 win over Silibwet Leons in the National Super League on Sunday has helped boost the team’s confidence.

Speaking ahead of today's game against Mombasa Elites at Serani Sports ground, Biko said: “The win was very important for us.”

The newly-promoted side remain unbeaten after three games—two draws and a win. 

“We want to keep the momentum. We want to meet our target of a top-three finish which we set at the beginning of the season,” he said.

Mombasa Elites drubbed Dandora Love 4-1 and Biko exuded confidence that they are not afraid of the team.
