Frenchman Fourmaux lands Sh20m M-Pesa boost ahead of Safari

French rally sensation Adrien Fourmaux has secured a game-changing Sh20 million deal from M-Pesa ahead of the WRC Safari Rally.

The 29-year-old rally star, navigated by Alexandre Coria, is part of a three-car M-Sport team.

Fourmaux will chase podium places alongside Grégoire Munster and Jourdan Serderidis in the WRC1 category.

His inaugural WRC Rally event was in 2019 at Rallye Monte-Carlo, Monaco. He has won four stages with his first at the 2021  Safari (SS16).

With a podium finish already under his belt this year from the Rally Sweden event,

Fourmaux had a podium finish in Rally Sweden and will hope to tuck in more stages at the Safari.

As part of the sponsorship deal, Fourmaux's Ford Puma Hybrid Rally1 will display the M-Pesa branding during the Safari Rally, while his racing overalls will bear the emblem for the entire season.
