K.South and Swans won the Red Bull 3x3 Nairobi edition finals held at Strathmore University Sports Complex on Sunday.

In a tight men’s final, K.South did enough to beat Bands 18-13 while the ladies' game saw Swans easily torment Noga, cruising to a 16-1 victory.

National team player Davies Siaji and teammate Deng Garang scored six points for the winners. Gwetu Misoga connected for six of the losers' tally.

“They gave us a run for our money but I am happy that things worked out well for us. We are now waiting for next week’s national playoffs, where we expect to play better,” Said Siaji

“We have been training well as a team and this is the reason why we were unstoppable. We have built team chemistry and now have a good understanding between us. The team is good,” said Akinyi.

In the men’s semis, K.South had to use every trick in the book to pip RBK 18-17 in a closely-fought duel.
