Gor Mahia assistant coach Michael Nam said they are still keen to collect maximum points from their two remaining matches.
Nam guided the champions to a hard-fought 1-0 win over relegation-bound Sofapaka on Sunday at Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.
Sylvester Owino's 49th-minute goal was enough to separate the sides at full-time.
"We are targeting 75 points this season. Nothing less. We intend to win all our remaining matches," said Nam.
They have their sights firmly trained on the Cecafa Kagame Cup that will be held in Tanzania and Zanzibar next month.
"Since we already have the title in the bag, our objective is to prepare for the upcoming Cecafa Kagame Cup in Tanzania and Zanzibar," he added.
"I believe we have a good squad that can charge for the regional title and we'll be glad to lay claim to our fourth title and the 17th for the country."
Sofapaka coach Zedekiah Otieno said they are keen to avoid relegation.
He said a first-half injury-time red card to Evans Maliachi made it difficult to control their opponents.
"We could have done better but the red card ruined our plans. We had to chase the game for the better part of the afternoon," Otieno stated.
"We are still keen on keeping our status in the league next season and will fight to the end."
The win takes Gor to 7o points, 11 more than second-placed Tusker.
Murang'a Seal held Kenya Police to a two-all draw at St. Sebastian Park.
Golden Boot contender Tito Okello fired the law enforcers into the lead in the fourth minute before David Ochieng's own goal in the 36th minute drew the sides level.
Dennis Munyovi fired the hosts ahead in the 51st minute but Okello restored parity in stoppage time. Police were reduced to 10 men eight minutes to time after Yusuf Mainge picked a second yellow card.
The outcome left the Police in third place with 55 points while Seal are 12th with 38.
