Over 300 golfers are expected at the Post-Connected Africa Summit 2024 Golf Tournament on Saturday at Muthaiga Golf Club.

The tournament follows the Connected Africa Summit 2024, held in April at Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi, which focused on the growth of Africa’s ICT sector.

This event, which tees off at 6 am, features business leaders and government representatives led by ICT Principal Secretary John Tanui, alongside representatives from ICT Authority, Telkom, Safaricom and NCBA Bank.

ICT Authority CEO Stanley Kamanguya said: “This tournament presents a unique opportunity for networking among like-minded ICT industry professionals and policymakers from across Africa, offering them an opportunity to carry on the discussions from the successful Connected Africa Summit 2024 (held in April).”

“Our goal is to continue fostering meaningful interactions in a relaxed environment after the summit as we officially drive on the planning of Connected Africa Summit 2025, which we launched on Friday."
