Former Bungoma Woman Rep Reginalda Wanyonyi says she will give her predecessor a run for her money following her endorsement.

Speaking in Bumula after being endorsed by the Balonja clan, Wanyonyi  said she was coming for her seat following immense pressure from public.

"We did a fantastic job during our tenure. Now, everywhere we go, people want us to come back and continue with the good work."

She said since she left office, nearly all the projects had stalled, and now wants to come back and finish them, adding that supporting Jubilee Party in the last election cost her.

Reginalda lost to Catherine Wambilianga of Ford Kenya. She has since moved to DAP-K, a party associated with Defence Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa.
