Azimio supporters celebrates outside KICC in Nairobi during the inaugural meeting for its elected members at KICC on Saturday August 13

Azimio-One Kenya supporters on Saturday danced, sang, drummed and blew vuvuzelas for Baba outside KICC to celebrate hoped-for but undeclared victory.

Meanwhile, all elected leaders from around the country gathered inside for an inaugural meeting chaired by deputy presidential running mate Martha Karua.

Flagbearer Raila Odinga was not present at KICC.

They cited their electoral achievements and "the numbers in Parliament", the number of governors, all announced by the IEBC.

Azimio has its own tallying centre, as does UDA flagbearer DP William Ruto, the Kenya Kwanza leader.

Only the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission can declare the presidential winner. Tallying and crunching numbers was still underway at the Bomas of Kenya on Saturday afternoon.

Azimio presidential running mate Martha Karua chaired the meeting.

The supporters outside had vuvuzelas and drums and were cheering as they carried Kenyan flags.
