President William has held bilateral talks with the French, Egypt and Algeria delegations.
Taking to his Twitter handle on Wednesday, the President said they held discussions on various issues including trade, agriculture and infrastructural development.
The French delegation was led by the Secretary of State to the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Chrysoula Zacharopoulou.
"Kenya and France enjoy strong bilateral relations with mutually beneficial partnerships across sectors such as agriculture, energy and infrastructure development," Ruto said.
The delegation from Egypt was led by Special Envoy General and Assistant to the President, Sedki Sobhy Sayed Ahmed.
At the same time, the Algerian delegation was led by the Speaker of the People's National Assembly Ibrahim Boughali.
They held talks on how to better trade between the three nations.
"We have joined hands to eliminate barriers to the free movement of goods and services in order to boost trade volumes and stimulate economic growth between Kenya on one hand; Egypt and Algeria on the other," Ruto said.
The President had earlier met with Presidents from Somalia (Hassan Sheikh Mohamud), South Sudan (Salva Kiir) and Congo (Denis Sassou Nguesso).
They also held discussions on ways to strengthen bilateral ties with Kenya.
Wednesday marked Ruto's first day in office.
