President William Ruto on Wednesday met with CEOs from Safaricom, NCBA and KCB.
CBK governor Patrick Njoroge is also present.
They discussed various financial issues including Fuliza over drafts and CRB.
Speaking during the conference held at Norfolk, Ruto said customers will be opted out of CRB.
"I am very happy that between four to five million Kenyans will be out of CRB blacklist by the beginning of November," he said.
Safaricom CEO Peter Ndengwa also announced that on October 1, customers will enjoy fee waivers on Fuliza transactions
"This establishes Fuliza as the most accessible and affordable credit facility at only one per cent of the transaction value, especially when customers repay within a relatively short period of time," Ndengwa added.
