President William Ruto's two-day state visit has ended.
The head of state arrived in India on Monday hours after leaving Dubai where he attended the COP28 summit.
Ruto's visit ended on Tuesday after holding bilateral talks with his host, Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Statehouse spokesman Hussein Mohamed said in a statement on Monday the talks would touch on agriculture, trade, and investment promotion, forging healthcare partnerships, particularly in pharmaceutical production and capacity building.
Earlier, the two countries signed five MOUs on health, Information Communication Technology, avocados, energy and the SME sectors.
Ruto also visited the official residence of the President of India Droupadi Murmu.
Ruto was accompanied by Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, Attorney General Justin Muturi, Energy CS Davis Chirchir, Trade and Investment CS Rebecca Miano, and Chief of Strategy Execution Mohamed Adan among other leaders.
