One million fake dollars, gold bars seized in Kilimani club

Detectives from the directorate of Criminal Investigations have this morning seized fake 1 million dollars at a club in Nairobi's Kilimani area.

Nairobi Regional Commander Philip Ndolo while confirming the incident told the Star the fake money was seized along side 147 gold bars at the plan 254 Club.

Ndolo said the raid was conducted early morning after an intelligence tip.

"The detectives raided the club took the boxes on Thursday.The DCI is handling the case,"Ndolo said.

Business man and the owner of the club Steve Oduk has been arrested as police launch investigations
