Kenya is set to host a major international conference on harmonization of curriculum and training of health professionals next week at Sarova White Sands Hotel in Mombasa.
President Uhuru Kenyatta will officially open the conference that will unite delegates from over 99 countries.
Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said that the conference will bring together professional trainers in the private sector, faith-based organizations, the Kenyan government, and regional government from 99 countries to address the future workforce in the health sector.
Key speakers will attend the conference in person while other participants will attend virtually.
Corporations from local, regional, international, medical institutions, trainers and providers will have a chance to showcase their work at exhibition stands during the conference.
