Jonathan Bii of the United Democratic Alliance has won the Uasin Gishu Governor seat
Bii who is also known as koti moja garnered 214,036 votes.
Independent candidate Zedekiah Bundotich, alias Buzeki, came in second after garnering 127,013 votes.
Bii also faced former CEO of the Agricultural Development Corporation William Kirwa.
He became a three-horse race after the trio was cleared by the electoral body in DP William Ruto's home county.
Koti moja won alongside his running mate, Engineer John Barorot.
He will succeed Governor Jackson Mandago who is completing his term.
Mandago has won the Senate seat.
