Oscar Sudi has for the third time clinched the Kapseret Member of Parliament seat.
The MP-elect sent his two wives to collect his election certificate from the IEBC’s constituency tallying centre in Eldoret.
"Earlier today I sent my lovely wives Lilian and Anne to pick up my election certificate on my behalf. I wish to thank the great people of Kapseret Constituency for giving me a chance to serve them in the National Assembly for the third time. May God bless you, good people," he tweeted.
The outspoken legislator garnered 31,534 votes against his closest competitor Francis Murgor who got 11,091 votes.
Pauline Chelimo was third with 6,504 votes while Joab Kipruto got 263.
David Koros had 179 votes, Stephen Yego got 302 votes and Isaiah Kigen had 207 votes.
Reports say Sudi had earlier left for Nairobi, the reason why he had sent his wives Ann and Lillian Sudi to pick up the certificate on his behalf.
Sudi was once a tout and a cattle herder but now renowned politician.
