IEBC lawyer Omwanza Ombati has dismissed the claims that forms were deleted from the IEBC servers.

Speaking at the Supreme Court on Friday, Ombati said the body could not give access to the specific names of system administrators for security purposes.

He said the parties had access to the forensic image of the Form 34C from the servers at the national tallying centre.

"Part of that order was to see whether there was any deletion of any Form 34A, there was no deletion," he said.

"There was not a single deletion of a form 34a from the server."

On Thursday, Azimio lawyer Philip Murgor had told the apex court that they had access to five of eight servers and had witnessed multiple deletions.

"...With the limited access provided yesterday to server number five, our team were able to observe a large number of deletions," he said.

Murgor accused IEBC of employing delay tactics as they continue to tamper with the servers or until time runs out.

Murgor had said there were multiple deletions on August 31, from the previous deletions of August 6.
