The Kenya Kwanza government will continue to collaborate will all partners towards the realisation of food security and universal health coverage, President William Ruto has said.
Ruto revealed this when he met Microsoft founder Bill Gates at State house, Wednesday.
The President recognised the support offered by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in the country.
"We appreciate the support it continues to extend to Kenya in realising our development goals, especially in the areas of healthcare, agriculture and ICT sectors," Ruto said.
Cabinet secretaries Njuguna Ndung'u (Treasury) and his Agriculture counterpart Mithika Linturi were among those present during the event.
Gates who is in the country for a two-day visit landed on Tuesday.
He has visited Makueni and was set to announce the commitment to supporting new innovations and ingenuity aimed at improving health, food security and gender equality in African countries.
