Our President William Ruto this week had a packed diary that saw him visit at three countries, (Two in Europe) in addition to holding bilateral talks and attending King Charles III's coronation.

On Monday, Ruto made a return to The Hague, in Netherlands where the International Criminal Court is headquartered.
The last time Ruto was in the city was 10 years ago when he was serving as Deputy President.
Bilateral talks took centre stage when Ruto met King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands at Noordeinde Palace.
The leaders committed to strengthen ties between the two countries for the mutual prosperity of their citizens.
Climate change also took centre of the talks where Ruto and the King also discussed Kenya’s agenda for green growth and wildlife conservation.
King Willem said the Netherlands will continue supporting Kenya in the development of arid and semi-arid lands, rural domestic water supply and sanitation, health, infrastructure development and agricultural research.
On Tuesday, Ruto ad his wife landed in Isarel where he met President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem.
Ruto said Kenya and Israel were working on eight new Memoranda of Understanding as the two nations look to bolster ties.
The MoUs touched on health, security, and the Blue Economy.
Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto also planted a tree at The Grove of Nations in Jerusalem Forest.
In Israel two-day State visit,the President who deems himself as a spiritual leader took time and joined other pilgrims at the Western Wall.
Ruto, together with his wife were seen bowing for a prayer at the site.
The site located in the old city of Jerusalem is the last remaining outer wall of the ancient Jewish temple and an incredibly important site of modern Israeli history.
On Thursday, The President jetted back to the country just where he was the chief guest at a book launch.
It was not any other book launch, but one for a person whom he called a friend and a loyalist, Aden Duale.
Paying tribute to Defence CS, Ruto described him as a loyal friend, who is always there and he could count on him.
"I’m truly proud to be your friend. You have taught me loyalty. You have learned from me and we have all grown together as friends," he said.
On Friday, the President did not have major events as confirmed by State House press secretary Emmanuel Talam.
However, Saturday was the peak of the President's diary.
Ruto for the first time since defeating him in the August 2022 elections, met his political rival Azimio la Umoja coalition leader, Raila Odinga.
