President William Ruto has arrived at Moi Stadium Embu to lead the nation in the 60th Madaraka Day Celebrations.

This is Ruto's third time that he will be leading the country in marking National Day celebrations since he took office as President on September 13, 2022.

The President was accompanied by First Lady Rachael Ruto.

The President inspected a guard of honour mounted by the Kenya Defence Forces as he leads the country in his thirds national day celebrations since taking office.

Ruto is expected to lead the fete whose climax will be a presidential speech that is expected to reflect on the country's post-independence journey.

His speech will also highlight some of his achievements as well as cast his vision for the country.
